Annual Financial Statements

 

A copy of the Association's Annual Financial Statements are available for review by any property owner

in the Road Maintenance & Security Office during regular office hours. 

 

The Board will also make them available via email in PDF format. 

 

If you wish to receive a copy, you may request it by using the Work Request Form on the website

Greetings from the Wolf Laurel Road Maintenance & Security Homeowners Association Board of Directors.  We are pleased you have taken time to visit this multipurpose website meant to be informational as well as interactive.  You will find information and forms regarding architectural guidelines for those interested in building or renovating home sites, tree cutting regulations, and covenant restrictions for the Wolf Laurel Resort. 

Please make use of the interactive Work Request Log page to report road and safety issues needing attention.  We are asking that you submit all suggestions and comments in writing so that we have a record of problem areas and the corrective action.  The easiest way to do this is to complete the online form found on the Work Request Log page.  The form will automatically submit to the Wolf Laurel Road Maintenance & Security Office.  We then update the Road Maintenance & Security Log and pass the suggestion to the appropriate personnel for resolution.

Check the 2010 Work Request Log for the current status on all suggestions.  If you do not see your submission, please check back in a few days.  The log is normally updated once a week.
