ARB Operational Procedures |

Develops and updates ARB Guidelines. |
| ¤ | Collects building application fees and damage deposits. |
| ¤ | Distributes Road Maintenance & Security portion of application fees to the Road Maintenance & Security account. |
| ¤ | Maintains account for the refundable damage deposit. |
| ¤ | Approves house plans and site development. |
| ¤ | Monitors construction and tree cutting insuring compliance with the ARB Guidelines. |
| ¤ | Upon the ARB's determination that construction is complete and is in compliance with the plans and specifications, instructs the Roads Superintendent to verify the driveway connection and any other items the ARB wants checked. |
| ¤ | The Roads Superintendent shall report any contractor or owner violations to guidelines or covenant and restrictions to ARB. |

Advises the Road Maintenance & Security of violations and makes its recommendations to the Road Maintenance & Security as to the action that should be adopted. |

¤ |
After resolution of the above, issues the appropriate damage deposit refunds. |
| Note 1: The ARB shall notify contractors and/or property owners in writing of violations subject to the damage deposit at the time the violation is observed. | |
| Note 2: Contractors shall log their request for a deposit return on the Roads Maintenance & Security website. | |
